Infusionsoft CRM Review

productwheel Infusionsoft CRM Review

Over the years I’ve used several different CRM programs. As I was using them, I typically thought that they were great and intuitive. I use such programs as top producer for my real estate client management, and sales force and sugar CRM for my Internet marketing contact management.

As far as auto responders go, I have used Aweber, 1Shoppingcart, and GetResponse. I never found really any flaws in any one of these, but I always felt like I was missing out on something that could potentially accelerate my business. I just never could quite find the whole package.

About six months ago, I tried out Infusionsoft for the first time. When I got going with it, I was almost sick to my stomach because once I got into the system I realized how much I was actually missing out on all of these years in marketing online. I look back at some of the systems that I used before and laugh because I now realize after using Infusionsoft how basic they really are and how little he can really do with them in comparison to Infusionsoft.

The one thing that really help me back initially was the price for Infusionsoft. It was a little bit steeper than I will wanted to really go when I got started. Since then the prices come down dramatically which makes it much more alluring to Internet marketers and business owners over the web.

You can take Infusionsoft and mix it with your business and truly accelerate every aspect of how you make money on the Internet. It is so versatile. For anything you can think of there is a condition that you can set to make it customized for you and your business and how you wanted to react to certain situations that pop up through your websites.

For instance, you can have a sales team of five, automatically distribute leads, automatically assigned to lead to a follow up sequence based on the owner of the lead, have the lead automatically unsubscribed and added to a new campaign when they perform an action that you have set up, track all of your click links, create split e-mails that send via plaintext and HTML, and open source API developer keys if needed, and much much more.

The one thing that I do recommend is that you make sure that you’re ready for Infusionsoft. It’s not really for someone who just has 10 or 15 leads a month come through their system, but it’s more for someone who has hundreds of leads per week that they need to track and make the most of. It is especially good for businesses and marketers that have a high end products such as real estate, mortgages, or Internet marketing tools to sell. It is so easy to justify the price of Infusionsoft and you see what it can really do for your business.

Now everything that I use when comes to CRM’s will be compared to Infusionsoft and it’s functionality.  I look back at top producer and even salesforce and laugh at how complete I thought they were before I laid my eyes on Infusionsoft.

The other big benefit of getting Infusionsoft and learning it and mastering it is the fact that you could take this system to any business across the US and show them what you can do with Infusionsoft for their business. If you want to make it just a full-time career in just master Infusionsoft for businesses, there’s no reason you can land a six-figure job in any state or any country.

I definitely recommend it and click here to get a free trial of Infusionsoft.

  1. I loved our post about teaching your daughter to ride her bike with out coaching wheels. It is a great reminder that some things, many things, can only be experienced.

I just wanted to give my two cents on Infusion. I am a website designer and shopping cart manager. I know how to use Infusion so this is not a beginner’s opinion. Infusion is not a good system. It is not intuitive at all. It has a million glitches. I seem to know more than customer support. I would NEVER recommend this company until they troubleshoot their system.

For instance, you can send an email out, think it went out with no problem. But later find out that your email didn’t go out to the 1000 people for a call. Why? Because you had a comma in the title of your email. They don’t have anything that says DON”T PUT A COMMA in your title next to where you put in the title, and when you go to send the email, there is no error message that comes up not letting you to continue. Then you hit send to your list, and there is no reason to think that it didn’t go out. In fact, when you look at your broadcasts it says sent 1000 people. But if you go into a completely different area, REPORTS, it says sent 1000 people, Skipped 1000.

Isn’t an error message in this instance pretty basic stuff?

This is just an example of how easy it is to make a ‘mistake’ because they don’t tell you or warn you or give you any clues.

    Think twice.

    Rayhen,
When did you last use Infusionsoft? I have been using it and love it and don’t have any glitches at all. I just like that you can bring data in and send data out easily and integrate with other databases pretty easily. If it has been a while since you used it, I would give it another try.

FYI: “Rayhan” posts the above missive everywhere… I have now seen it about a dozen times. A wee chip on his shoulder, perhaps?
