Over the years I’ve used several different CRM programs. As I was using them, I typically thought that they were great and intuitive. I use such programs as top producer for my real estate client management, and sales force and sugar CRM for my Internet marketing contact management.

As far as auto responders go, I have used Aweber, 1Shoppingcart, and GetResponse. I never found really any flaws in any one of these, but I always felt like I was missing out on something that could potentially accelerate my business. I just never could quite find the whole package.

About six months ago, I tried out Infusionsoft for the first time. When I got going with it, I was almost sick to my stomach because once I got into the system I realized how much I was actually missing out on all of these years in marketing online.
